💌 How it works:
– Subscribe by the 25th of each month to receive the following month’s mailing.
– Postcards are mailed at the end of that month. (Example: Sign up by March 25th and the mail is shipped by March 30th.)
– Each edition is printed, packed, and signed in my Berlin studio.

2-5 days for shipping in Germany

10-21 days for international shipping

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time in the "Manage your subscription" page in the footer.

If you subscribed via PayPal, you can also cancel directly in your PayPal account.

Unfortunately, refunds/returns on this product cannot be offered, but you can always cancel your subscription for future months. 

Shipment dates & wait times

All mailers are sent from Berlin, Germany on the last day of the deadline month (So for the April Edition it would be the last day of March). (Please allow up to 14 business days for European delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.)

How can I change my address, billing, & other information?

Please email me under "info@aliva-art.com" for any changes.

How can I track my mailer?

To keep Mail Club affordable, mailers are sent with standard stamps, so tracking isn’t available.

My mailer arrived damaged.

If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at "info@aliva-art.com" with your name and photos of the item(s).

When will I be billed?

You will be billed on the same day of each month you initially subscribed.
